Quick and easy Vegetarian lunch 

Take two courgettes- how big will depend how hungry you are. I used a variety we grew  “Zephyr”.

Slice thinly and toss into a frying pan with some rapeseed oil.
Season  with a bit of salt, pepper and quarter to third teaspoon of pimento (smoked paprika), more if you like it hot.

Fry until golden brown.

Add about 220 grams of baked beans.

Stir in until beans are hot and serve.
